Arachidonic acid drives adaptive responses to chemotherapy-induced stress in malignant mesothelioma

We are very happy that our BIOFLOATTM 96-well plates supported the work of Mario Cioce and his team. They generated cell spheroids from malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM) cells in our BIOFLOAT™ 96 well, to investigate the effect of arachidonic acid (AA) on spheroid formation and to conclude that AA is an early mediator of the adaptive response to permetrexed in chemoresistant MPM.  We would like to congratulate them on their recent journal publication of experimental & clinical cancer research.
